NUAE Promptly Implements Tasks Following the Reorganization of the University Leadership
NUAE – On the morning of June 8, 2026, immediately after the Ministry of Education and Training announced and presented the appointment decisions for the President and Vice Presidents of the National University of Arts Education, the University held an expanded meeting of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee to implement assigned tasks, allocate responsibilities, and unify key directions for the coming period.
The meeting was attended by Meritorious Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Dang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Vinh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President; Ms. Trinh Thi Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President; together with members of the University’s Party Committee Executive Committee, Secretaries of affiliated Party cells, heads of the University’s units, and the Chair of the University’s Trade Union.
Addressing the meeting, Meritorious Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Dang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Education and Training, the Party Committee and all faculty members, staff, and employees of the University for their trust, confidence, and continued support. He emphasized that the consolidation of the University Leadership represents not only an important milestone in the University’s leadership development but also places greater responsibilities and higher expectations on the University’s leadership team as it enters a new stage of development.
The President affirmed that, in implementing the spirit of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025, issued by the Politburo, the University Leadership, together with the Party Committee, will focus on strengthening unity and solidarity, enhancing the quality of leadership, governance, and institutional management, and translating the Resolution’s policies and directives into concrete action plans, key tasks, and measurable outcomes. The effectiveness of the University’s leadership and management will be assessed based on the quality of education, the impact of scientific research, digital transformation, and the University’s reputation. He also called on all units to continue fostering a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and innovation, strengthen inter-unit cooperation, and effectively implement the academic year’s objectives as well as the University’s strategic development priorities for the new stage.
The conference was held in an atmosphere of unity, consensus, and a strong sense of responsibility. The discussions and decisions reached at the meeting reflected the determination of the Party Committee and the University Leadership to promptly translate the recent leadership appointments into concrete actions, practical tasks, and tangible development outcomes. These efforts will provide a solid foundation for the National University of Arts Education to continue its innovation and development, further reinforcing its position as one of Vietnam’s leading institutions in arts education.
