Announcement and Presentation of Appointment and Reappointment Decisions for Heads of Units at the National University of Arts Education

NUAE – On the morning of July 1, 2026, the National University of Arts Education (NUAE) held a conference to announce and present the appointment and reappointment decisions for heads of the University’s units.

The conference was attended by Meritorious Teacher, Associate Professor Dr. Dao Dang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President; Associate Professor Dr. Le Vinh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President; Ms. Trinh Thi Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President; together with heads of the University’s units and the officials who were appointed or reappointed.

At the conference, Mr. Cao Xuan Thu, Head of the Office of Organization and Administration, announced the appointment and reappointment decisions for heads of the University’s units.

On behalf of the newly appointed and reappointed leaders, Ms. Ngo Thi Hoa Binh, Head of the Office of Quality Assurance and Legal Affairs, delivered an acceptance speech. She expressed her sincere appreciation for the trust and confidence placed in them by the Party Committee and the University’s Board of Management, and reaffirmed her commitment, together with the leadership teams of the University’s units, to upholding professionalism, responsibility, and exemplary conduct while aligning their work with the University’s development strategy to effectively fulfill their assigned duties. She emphasized the importance of accelerating digital transformation, improving administrative processes, strengthening coordination among units, and fostering a collaborative, democratic, and supportive working environment that enables every staff member to contribute their full potential, thereby enhancing the quality of education, research, and student services. She also expressed her hope for the continued guidance and support of the Party Committee and the University’s Board of Management, as well as the close cooperation of all units, faculty members, and staff across the University in successfully carrying out their responsibilities.

Speaking at the conference, Meritorious Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Dang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the National University of Arts Education, congratulated the officials who had been entrusted with appointment and reappointment to leadership positions within the University’s units. He also assigned them their responsibilities for the new term of office. He emphasized that staff development has always been a key priority of the University and that these appointments represent a strategic step in strengthening the University’s leadership structure to meet the demands of its development in the new era.
